Do you love to golf?  Don’t golf but enjoy mingling at dinner?  Have friends you never see because they office in the suburbs and you’re in the city?  Don’t care for people but love animals?

Then please join us for a day of scramble-format golfing and dinner at The Glen Club, – for late-summer fun and a GREAT cause.

If you work in commercial real estate, we know that you receive many golf invitations for networking and sponsorships -- but this event has a higher purpose.  We will be raising funds for Save-A-Pet, one of the largest, non-profit, no-kill dog and cat rescues located in Lake County which proudly boasts the top rating on Charity Navigator.  Save-A-Pet has fulfilled its mission of “Help, Heal, Home” for more than 66,000 abused, neglected, injured, lost and at-risk animals since it was founded in 1972.  If you can’t imagine your life without your furry family member, or secretly tear up when you see the abused animal commercials, then this is your chance to help a well-stewarded rescue in a meaningful way.

WHY IS THIS OUTING DIFFERENT…

>  Opportunity to play golf at the spectacular Glen Club, which is consistently ranked among the best golf courses in Illinois and the country;

>  Golf ticket price includes boxed lunches, buffet dinner and drinks served on the course at no additional cost;

Save-A-Pet is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and one of the largest no-kill cat and dog rescues in Lake County that operates a full-time adoption center. We provide a safe haven for abused, neglected, injured, lost, or animals that have escaped euthanasia. We will never put a limit on the amount of care we will provide for an animal and we never give up on them. Thus, Save-A-Pet offers rescued dogs and cats the greatest opportunity for a second chance. We take great pride in practicing our no-kill mission and in stewarding our donors’ contributions; both of which have led to the successful adoption of over 63,000 dogs and cats. www.saveapetil.org
