The Connecticut Gay and Lesbian Chamber (CTGLC) will hold A Night of a 1000 Smiles a semi-formal event on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 6 PM – 11 PM at the Fox Tower at Foxwoods Resort and Casino.

The evening will include voting for one’s favorite dancers in our Dancing competition raising money for our Nonprofit organizations, as well as great food and drink, a charity silent auction, drag queen performances , and dancing. Our host for the evening will be a professional drag queen provided by Sky Casper Entertainment with DJ services provided by Total Events. All of the proceeds from the evening’s silent auction will benefit local charities, including the CTGLC Foundation.

Want to join the 2022 Dancing Competition?

 Do you and your partner have what it takes on the dance floor? Wish you did? Then the CTGLC Dancing with the Local Stars competition is for you! You and your partner will receive 10 one-hour dancing  lessons at an Arthur Murray Dance Studio near you, before competing in the dance-off at  A Night of 1,000 Smiles Gala on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at The Fox Tower at Foxwoods.

The first ten couples to apply will be accepted into the competition—so don’t delay!
